All day: Flag Presentation by UI Veterans Association on the Pentacrest. Opening Ceremony at 8:00am. Closing Ceremony at 5:00pm.
Liz Lerman will lead an interactive workshop on her Critical Response Process. Critical Response is a widely-recognized method that nurtures the development of artistic works-in-progress through a four-step, facilitated dialogue between artists, peers, and audiences. It's proven valuable for all kinds of creative endeavors, work situations, and collaborative relationships within and beyond the arts.

WorldCanvass explores topics international in scope and central to understanding how individuals fit into the global landscape. Free and open to the public.
Part of the School of Music's "Making your future" series of discussions about creative pathways to making a life in the arts, Liz Lerman will share stories from her career, tell about her methods of creating work, and take questions from the audience.
