Each season, more than 2,000 families play an important role in helping Hancher create transformative artistic experiences. Their contributions to Hancher help make the full range of our programming possible. We are grateful to all of our Hancher supporters.

Our most dedicated supporters accomplish their philanthropic goals through gifts to a variety of funds that support Hancher’s mission, including the Hancher Circle Fund, the permanently endowed Hancher Auditorium Enrichment Fund and other funds for more specific needs. For more information about supporting these funds, creating your own named fund, gifting methods or to discuss sponsorship recognition opportunities as a Hancher Partner, please contact Chuck Swanson or Devin van Holsteijn.

Our primary fund, the Hancher Circle Fund, provides unrestricted support to present Hancher’s season of world-class arts events. Funds may also be used at the director's discretion for educational programming, operations, and other needs as they arise.

Hancher Circle members receive various items and services as a way of saying "thank you" for their commitment to the performing arts. Gifts made to the Hancher Circle Fund during the current giving year (July 1 through June 30) will qualify contributors for benefits throughout the following Hancher performance season. Benefit information is mailed to contributors every August for gifts made during the preceding giving year. Hancher Circle levels and associated benefits are as follows:

*The Aspiring Circles levels benefits are for donors 35 years of age and under who give $125 or more to the Hancher Circle Fund. These giving levels make it possible for young arts patrons to enjoy the benefits of helping create transformative experiences for others. To qualify, please provide date of birth with your pledge or donation.

**Seating priority is offered to all donors who give $1,000 or more annually. Selection order is based on total lifetime giving.

Hancher Showcase

The Hancher Showcase is staffed and managed by the Hancher Guild, and proceeds of all Showcase sales are used to support Hancher’s educational programs.

Join the Hancher Guild

Hancher Guild volunteers provide vital services by managing and staffing the Hancher Showcase, offering scheduled tours of Hancher, selling artists' merchandise before and after performances, coordinating special projects, and acting as goodwill ambassadors for the performing arts.
