2025–2026 Broadway Subscription Series:
- April 30 – June 1
Broadway subscriber renewals (no gift required; any past subscriber can renew regardless of their participation as a donor) - May 12 – June 1
Broadway seat location changes for anyone who ordered Broadway subscriptions last season - June 2 – June 6*
Broadway series pre-sale for donors purchasing new subscriptions. If you’ve made a gift to Hancher of $120+ after July 1, 2024, you may purchase a subscription for our 2025–2026 Broadway series ahead of the general public during these dates:
*Online orders only June 7 – June 8- June 2 – Promoter, Director, & Believer Levels ($6,000+)
- June 3 – Partner & Advocate Levels ($1,200–$5,999)
- June 4 – Patron & Supporter Levels ($120–$1,199)

Broadway subscriptions are on sale to the general public - July 14 – July 18*
Core season pre-sale for donors

2025–2026 Core Season / Infinite Dream festival:

Fall Welcome Concert will be announced. - July 7
2025–2026 season brochures are mailed. Expect your brochure to arrive between July 8–12. - July 9
The entire 2025–2026 season—including the main lineup for the Infinite Dream festival—will be announced at 10:00 a.m. via email, social media, and on hancher.uiowa.edu. If you do not currently receive emails from Hancher, sign up for our eNewsletter. - July 14–20*
If you’ve made a gift to Hancher of $120+ after July 1, 2024, you may order tickets for events in the 2025–2026 season ahead of the general public during these dates:
*Online orders only on Saturday and Sunday, July 19 and 20- July 14 – Promoter, Director, & Believer Levels ($6,000+)
- July 15 – Partner & Advocate Levels ($1,200–$5,999)
- July 16 – Patron & Supporter Levels ($120–$1,199)
- July 21
Tickets to events in the 2025–2026 season are on sale to the general public.
Ordering Information
- If you’re a Hancher donor of $120+ since July 1, 2024, you will receive an email with ordering information on your ordering date.
- If you prefer to speak to a Hancher Box Office team member to place your order, you can call or stop by the box office in person to order your tickets.
- The Hancher Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. To reach the box office by phone, call 319-335-1160 or 800-426-2437.
- If you plan to order online, you must log in to your existing Hancher Box Office account. We recommend you practice logging in before tickets go on sale.

- Contact the box office if you’re having trouble logging in; it is very important that you do not create a new account.
- If you have never ordered tickets online, please contact the Hancher Box Office at 319-335-1160 to set up your online account.
- You can choose physical tickets (mailed or will call) or electronic tickets via email for use on mobile devices. E-tickets will be delivered via email 24–48 hours before the performance.
- There is an eight-ticket per show maximum on online orders. Ordering more? Contact the Box Office.
