Please note: Student and youth Broadway season subscriptions ($140/per) as well as student and youth Broadway single show tickets ($45/per) are available exclusively in the upper balcony.
Broadway package subscription renewals
A huge thank you to subscribers to our Broadway series!
- Subscription renewals begin on Wednesday, April 30 for those who wish to retain their current seats. Current subscribers will receive an email enabling them to easily renew their subscription.
- Changes to existing subscriptions can be made beginning on Monday, May 12.
- The subscription renewal period ends on Sunday, June 1.
Subscriptions can be renewed online, by phone, or in person from the Hancher Box Office.
Need to switch performances?
We understand it can be hard to pick the perfect schedule so far in advance. Rest assured that subscribers will be able to make exchanges for available seats for another performance in a show's Hancher run. Contact the Hancher Box Office for more details.
New subscription period for Hancher donors
The presale for Hancher donors begins on Monday, June 2 and ends on Sunday, June 8*.
*Online orders only June 7–8
Hancher donors who have contributed at least $120 since July 1 2024, have received an email and a letter alerting them to the opening of their sales window based on level of donation.
Broadway subscription packages can be purchased online, by phone or in person from the Hancher Box Office.
To purchase your subscription, you will make three selections:
- Select the package you would like to purchase (package 1, 2, 3, or 4).
- Select your seats. You will have the same seats and the same number of tickets for all performances. Beginning July 14, packages purchased online will be assigned "best available" seating.
- When you have completed your Broadway series selections, you will see a pop-up screen that allows you to add RENT in Concert to your package if you would like.
To purchase online, donors will log into their existing Hancher Box Office account in order to access Broadway subscriptions.
IMPORTANT: If you do not have an online account, contact the box office by email or phone to have one set up. You should also contact the box office if you do have an account but don't remember the details. Do not create a new account on your own.
Prefer to purchase single tickets? Tickets to individual Broadway performances will go on sale in July. The donor period will be from Monday, July 14 to Sunday, July 20.

Beginning at 10 a.m. on Monday, June 9, the general public can purchase Broadway subscription packages online, by phone, or in person from the Hancher Box Office.

Hancher offers our thanks to those who donate $120 or more in a given year by offering special presale opportunities—including for the Broadway subscription packages and our full season. We would love to have your support for Hancher's mission!
Single tickets and full Hancher season tickets go on sale in July
The Hancher donor early sales period will run from Monday, July 14 to Sunday, July 20.
The general public can purchase tickets beginning Monday, July 21.
