It was extremely helpful to me and to my department to integrate alumnus Rev. Dr. Vincent Carroll into the Liz Lerman program. I learned so much from his visit about a world with which I am quite unfamiliar (the military and veterans affairs), and I became connected to a lot of people around campus and in the community whom I might otherwise never have met. It is impressive that you are integrating non-academics into this programming—including people who do the daily work of healing others and seeking also to be healed. Fantastic engagement.
