Whether you’ve already made a gift for the upcoming season or you have given in the past, we’d like to thank you for your gracious gifts and share information for the upcoming 2024–2025 Hancher Season.
2024–2025 Broadway Subscriptions
- April 29
2024–2025 Broadway series brochures are mailed. If you are a 2023–2024 Broadway subscriber or Hancher donor, expect your Broadway series brochure to arrive between April 30 and May 4. - May 1–31
If you are a 2023–2024 Broadway series subscriber (no gift required; any past subscriber can renew regardless of their participation as a donor), you may renew your package* at this time online, by phone, or in person at the Hancher Box Office. The Hancher Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and may be reached by phone at 319-335-1160 or 800-426-2437.
*Your renewed Broadway package will have the same package, same seat location(s), and same number of seats that you had during the 2023–2024 season. - May 13–31
Renewing Broadway series subscribers may make changes to their package, number of seats, and seat locations at this time by calling the Hancher Box Office, emailing hancher-box-office@uiowa.edu, or stopping by the box office in person during weekday hours. - June 3–16
If you’ve made a gift to Hancher of $120+ after July 1, 2023, and didn’t order a Broadway subscription last season, you can order a 2024–2025 Broadway subscription during these dates.
Ticket ordering will be the same as last year:- June 3 – Promoter & Director Levels ($10,000+)
- June 4 – Believer Level ($6,000 – $9,999)
- June 5 – Partner Level ($3,300 – $5,999)
- June 6 – Advocate Level ($1,200 – $3,299)
- June 7 – Supporter and Patron Levels ($120 – $1,199)

New Broadway subscriptions are on sale to the general public.
2024–2025 Core Season / Infinite Dream:
- July 8
2024–2025 season brochures are mailed. Expect your brochure to arrive between July 9–13. - July 10
The entire 2024–2025 season—including the main lineup for the Infinite Dream festival—will be announced at 10 a.m. via email and on hancher.uiowa.edu. If you do not currently receive emails from Hancher, sign up for our eNewsletter.

If you’ve made a gift to Hancher of $120+ after July 1, 2023, you may order tickets for events in the 2024–2025 season ahead of the general public during these dates:
*Online orders only on Saturday and Sunday, July 27 and 28- July 15 – Promoter & Director Levels ($10,000+)
- July 16 – Believer Level ($6,000 – $9,999)
- July 17 – Partner Level ($3,300 – $5,999)
- July 18 – Advocate Level ($1,200 – $3,299)
- July 19 – Supporter and Patron Levels ($120 – $1,199)

Tickets to events in the 2024–2025 season are on sale to the general public.
Ordering Information
- If you’re a Hancher donor of $120+ since July 1, 2023, you will receive an email with ordering information on your ordering date.
- If you prefer to speak to a Hancher Box Office team member to place your order, you can call or stop by the box office in person to order your tickets.
The Hancher Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. To reach the box office by phone, call 319-335-1160 or 800-426-2437. - If you plan to order online, you must log in to your existing Hancher Box Office account. We recommend you practice logging in before tickets go on sale.

- Contact the box office if you’re having trouble logging in; it is very important that you do not create a new account.
- If you have never ordered tickets online, please contact the Hancher Box Office at 319-335-1160 to set up your online account.
- You can choose physical tickets (mailed or will call) or electronic tickets via email for use on mobile devices. E-tickets will be delivered via email 24–48 hours before the performance.
- There is an eight-ticket per show maximum on online orders. Ordering more? Contact the Box Office.
