The University of Iowa Symphony Orchestra has been hailed as one of the finest university orchestras in the U.S. Under the direction of Dr. William LaRue Jones, the UISO presents concerts of powerful symphonic literature and new works. Concerts presented by the UI School of Music are free and open to the public.
