In 2013, Tig Notaro had the best-selling comedy album of the year. Live was recorded just days after Notaro was diagnosed with breast cancer (now in remission)—and the success of that set could be said to have launched her career from her native Mississippi to the far reaches of space (IYKYK) and plenty of places in between. Through it all, her comedy has remained razor sharp—and her appearance at Hancher builds on four previous stops at The Englert.

- Two soundproof observation booths are available on the parterre level for guests who do not wish to disturb others with a cough or any other distractions.

- Entrances: The main entrance to Hancher Auditorium is located at the south end of the building and near the accessible parking lot on the building’s west side.
- Preorder food from the Stanley Café!
Avoid the lines by making your food selections before you come to Hancher Auditorium. Most entrées are only available through pre-order and cannot be purchased on-site at the performance.
Snacks and beverages will be available on-site.
- For those wishing to dine at Hancher prior to the performance there will be snacks available onsite.
- Beverages purchased from the Smith Lobby Bar can only be taken into the auditorium in a Hancher Season Cup which can be purchased from any concession location, the Hancher Box Office, or in the Hancher Showcase. Cups are $5.00 and reusable.
- Snacks are available from the Smith Lobby Bar 90 minutes prior to the performance. Food is not allowed in the auditorium.
- Hancher bars do not accept cash. American Express, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, Google Pay, and Apple Pay are all accepted.
