Hancher Box Office hours starting Friday, May 29:
Monday–Thursday: 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Fridays, May 29–August 21: 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Tuesday, June 30: CLOSED, online and in-person.
Friday, August 28: 10:00 a.m. through the Fall Welcome Concert (approximately 9:30 p.m.)

You can visit us in-person at 141 East Park Road, Iowa City, IA 52241-1132 Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
There is a small parking lot on the southwest (non-river) side of Hancher that serves as Hancher Box Office parking.

- 3% credit card fee for each ticket that is $20 or less. No 3% credit card fee if this ticket is paid with cash or check.
- 12% facility fee for each ticket that is more than $20.
- EVENT-SPECIFIC FEES: Some performances have additional event-specific fees.
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.
Ticket exchanges are possible only when there are multiple dates and times of the same production, and seating is available. All ticket exchanges must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your original performance date. Lost tickets may not be exchanged.
Tickets can be returned for credit towards another Hancher performance. This credit never expires and must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the performance.
Tickets may be returned as a donation. Return your tickets to the Hancher Box Office at least 24 hours prior to your performance. The value of the returned tickets will be acknowledged by the UI Center for Advancement as a tax-deductible contribution. Lost tickets may not be donated.
Can I purchase tickets at a performance? Yes! The Hancher Box Office is open at least one hour prior to each performance.
Where can I pick up my tickets? Pre-purchased tickets can be picked up prior to a performance at Will Call. If an event is not at Hancher, you may pick up your tickets at the event location. New tickets may be purchased, if available, at the performance location.
Does the Hancher Box Office sell more than just Hancher tickets? Yes! The Hancher Box Office sells tickets to Hancher events, Performing Arts At Iowa events, and events presented by other sponsors such as the College of Law or Nolte Academy. If you are unsure if you are in the right place to purchase your tickets, please contact the Hancher Box Office.

Unauthorized ticket resellers purchase tickets at face value from official sources with the intent of selling them for profit on a secondary marketplace. Hancher cannot guarantee the validity of tickets that are purchased through a reseller or unofficial site.
