You’ll receive an email from 100x approximately 2-5 days before your show with details on how to redeem your VIP package. VIP activities may begin up to 4 hours before showtime, so please plan accordingly. This package is non-transferable and will be invalid if purchased through fan-to-fan resale, and reselling any part of the package will void all benefits. The original purchaser must present a photo ID at VIP check-in to redeem package elements. • Two soundproof observation booths are available on the parterre level for guests who do not wish to disturb others with a cough or any other distractions.

• Parking: The Hancher lot can be accessed from both Park Road and Riverside Drive. Click the button below to view a detailed, interactive map.

• Entrances: The main entrance to Hancher Auditorium is located at the south end of the building and near the accessible parking lot on the building’s west side.

• Preorder food from the Stanley Café!

  Avoid the lines by making your food selections before you come to Hancher Auditorium. Most entrées are only available through pre-order and cannot be purchased on-site at the performance.
  Snacks and beverages will be available on-site.

• For those wishing to dine at Hancher prior to the performance there will be snacks available onsite.
• Beverages purchased from the Smith Lobby Bar can only be taken into the auditorium in a Hancher Season Cup which can be purchased from any concession location, the Hancher Box Office, or in the Hancher Showcase. Cups are $5.00 and reusable.
• Snacks are available from the Smith Lobby Bar 90 minutes prior to the performance. Food is not allowed in the auditorium.
• Hancher bars do not accept cash. American Express, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, Google Pay, and Apple Pay are all accepted.
