• Two soundproof observation booths are available on the parterre level for guests who do not wish to disturb others with a cough or any other distractions.
• Photos and video inside the auditorium are prohibited. Anyone seen using a cell phone during the performance will be escorted out of the venue.

• Parking: The Hancher lot can be accessed from both Park Road and Riverside Drive. Click the button below to view a detailed, interactive map.

• Entrances: The main entrance to Hancher Auditorium is located at the south end of the building and near the accessible parking lot on the building’s west side.

• Preorder food from the Stanley Café!

  Avoid the lines by making your food selections before you come to Hancher Auditorium. Most entrées are only available through pre-order and cannot be purchased on-site at the performance.

  Snacks and beverages will be available on-site.

• For those wishing to dine at Hancher prior to the performance there will be snacks available on.
• Beverages purchased from the Smith Lobby Bar can only be taken into the auditorium in a Hancher Season Cup which can be purchased from any concession location, the Hancher Box Office, or in the Hancher Showcase. Cups are $5.00 and reusable.
• Snacks are available from the Smith Lobby Bar 90 minutes prior to the performance. Food is not allowed in the auditorium.
• Hancher bars do not accept cash. American Express, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, Google Pay, and Apple Pay are all accepted.

This show will be a phone-free experience. Use of cellphones, cameras, or recording devices will not be permitted in the performance space.

Upon arrival at the venue, all phones will be secured in Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their phones at all times and can access their phones throughout the event at designated Phone Use Area in the venue. All phones will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the event space.

Anyone seen using a cellphone during the performance will be escorted out of the venue. Guests are encouraged to bring a bank or credit card for purchases inside the venue. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a phone-free viewing experience.

Package details and tour production subject to change without notice. All tickets within the first 10 rows shall be subject to forced Will Call pick-up*. Patrons will retrieve their tickets by showing the credit card used to purchase tickets along with valid identification.

All other tickets can be picked up in person or mailed. E-Tickets will not be available for this performance. Will Call is only available for tickets that are in the first 10 rows.
