"Share" the Joy of Supporting the Arts!

During the fall of 2017, Hancher will present New York City Ballet MOVES. We’re delighted that Miriam Miller, a NYCB dancer from Iowa City, will dance during the Hancher performances. Her special appearance at Hancher on May 30 no doubt inspired the young people in attendance to follow their dreams (and to come to the performances this fall!).

Generous friends of Hancher, Dick and Mary Jo Stanley, Ellie and Peter Densen, and Allyn Mark, have already laid the foundation for the support needed to present NYCB MOVES. They invite you to join them in making these performances possible in our community.

Each $200 gift will buy one “share” in the upcoming performance—similar to the way Hancher audience members supported the creation and presentation of the Paul Taylor Dance Company’s Dante Variations—and will gain you admission to a special event with Miriam and other NYCB MOVES performers. Details of the event will be announced at a later time.

Your gift will also count towards your Hancher Circle level. Please join us in investing in the future of the arts here in Iowa and beyond as we seek to inspire the community—especially young people—with these wonderful performances.
